The Vitruvian Project
On June 1st 2017 I joined a competition that was called the Vitruvian Project. I did not win, but I did recieve a lot of compliments. It was a great experience to paint on such a big canvas (100 cm x 150 cm) and to show the results to so many people. Mulatto Prince was our model. He was posing for us every monday for about 4 hours for one month. When he was gone we could let our imagination run wild and create each our own background. It was a wonderful time.
On the first picture you can see Mulatto Prince posing in front of my painting. The second picture you can see some class mates and my teacher on my right. The last picture is taken in the Blackbox in the Royal Academy of Arts in Antwerp.
